In 2017, the anime Hitorijime My Hero was launched, and it’s about males who adore one another. Like Junjou Romantica and Given, it was a well-known male-love anime. Encourage Films, a tiny, obscure company, adapted the anime. But fans nevertheless gave it a good review; as of this writing, it has a 7.36 rating on MyAnimeList.
Sentai Filmworks licensed the anime, which ran from July 8, 2017, to September 23, 2017. There are a total of twelve episodes. Fans of Hitorijime My Hero have been wondering whether there would be a Season 2 for four years now, ever since the final episode aired.
Hitorijime My Hero Season 2 Renewal Status
A lot of people thought the pilot episode of this romantic drama was fantastic. Even after the program has ended, people are still demanding more episodes because they find it so interesting.
Well, they’re already irritated due to the break, and now they’re even more so since the creators won’t say anything about the anime’s future. The lack of communication from the founders has left many feeling pretty let down.
When will Hitorijime My Hero Season 2 be announced? Everyone is waiting impatiently for an announcement from the production firm or producers. The makers have not yet decided whether to renew or discontinue the same. Also, they have been mum on any developments about it. Thus, its ultimate fate remains uncertain.
Hitorijime My Hero Season 2 Release Date
We can hardly contain our excitement as we patiently await word from the production company or the show’s producers about Hitorijime My Hero Season 2.
As of this writing, the authors have not decided whether to renew or terminate the agreement. It would seem that no one is revealing any fresh information on it, not even them. Consequently, its sustainability over the long run is uncertain.
Reviews were mostly good, and audiences seemed to agree. Lots of people were talking about the program, and it did well in the ratings. The rating it got on MyAnimeList was 7.40 out of 10. Hitorijime My Hero Story
Given his recent string of misfortunes, Masahiro Setagawa has concluded that heroes do not exist and has abandoned the concept of heroes altogether. After being forced to join a gang, he endures constant bullying and is relegated to the role of a gopher boy. But he is soon saved—unintentionally—by the notorious street fighter Kousuke Ooshiba, better known as the “Bear Killer.”
His present homeroom instructor and greatest buddy, Kensuke Ooshiba, is this man’s elder brother. Although Kousuke has now adopted Masahiro as an “underling” and pledged to defend him, the two men’s sentiments seem to go far deeper.
In the meantime, Kensuke runs into his old friend Asaya Hasekura, a popular attractive lad who surprises him by confessing his love for him, leaving him bewildered and uncertain.

Hitorijime My Hero Season 2: Is there enough source material?
Beginning in February 2012, the manga series Hitorijime My Hero, written by Memeco Arii, was serialized. The manga series is still going strong, and he has produced a total of 10 volumes since then.
Just the first two volumes have been adapted for the first season. So, there is still material from the eight volumes that the creators may work with. The budget is more than sufficient to create a second season of Hitorijime My Hero. Based on what is already out there, they can even do a third season.
