Caviar sold to DoorDash in $410 Million

DoorDash is taking over food delivery and catering business Caviar. The deal is finalized in $410 Million. It is confirmed by the Square. They deal with the Square. Where DoorDash is ready to pay $410 Millon in cash to Square. And Square has confirmed their stock, it resides with them.

This On-Demand business trade happens five years before. At that time Caviar is sold to Square. And that deal is done for about $90 Million. Now, let say how it pays for newly adopted business. It is an On-demand app so that is ok that will know in upcoming months.
