DoorDash is taking over food delivery and catering business Caviar. The deal is finalized in $410 Million. It is confirmed by the Square. They deal with the Square. Where DoorDash is ready to pay $410 Millon in cash to Square. And Square has confirmed their stock, it resides with them.
