Audience airs the American criminal drama series “Mr. Mercedes.” On August 9, 2017, the series made its debut. ‘Big Little Lies’ and ‘Boston Legal’ creator David E. Kelley is behind the adaptation for television. The whole show is based on Stephen King’s Bill Hodges book trilogy. The three films that make up this triumvirate are “Mr. Mercedes,” “Finders Keepers,” and “End of Watch.”
The program is a mystery thriller at heart, following a retired investigator who can’t shake the still unsolved case of “Mr.Mercedes,” who murdered sixteen people with a stolen Mercedes. Mr. Mercedes, meantime, has reappeared and is now paying close attention to the detective. Those who have read Stephen King’s novels or are fans of the author as a whole are the most likely to be enthusiastic about his subsequent works. This also happens to be why series based on King’s canon, such as “Castle Rock,” are so popular. If you haven’t read anything by King before, I promise you that you will like this series immensely. The program has been a hit for three seasons and is well-praised by critics. The issue now is whether or if there will be a season four of “Mr. Mercedes.”
Mr. Mercedes Season 4 Renewal Status
From September 10 until November 12, 2019, the Audience Network aired the third season of the crime thriller Mr. Mercedes. Audience Network users are aware that AT&T plans to shut it down in 2020. As a result, the drama series was taken off on HBO Max and placed in preview mode, so that viewers may watch it before its official launch date.
Since the closure of the Audience Network, Season 4 of Mr. Mercedes has been left in limbo. However, Peackcock TV gave the show a new home when they took it up. Fans are hopeful this portends a fourth season of Mr. Mercedes despite there being no official word on the matter.

Mr. Mercedes Season 4 Expected Plot
The first episode of the show included the death of a 16-year-old passenger in a Mercedes. Several more were hurt in the crash during the employment fair. Brady Hartsfield, aka Mr. Mercedes, is the show’s protagonist. He’s a psychopath in his late twenties who has trouble regulating his emotions. When Brady was eight years old, his father passed away. The death of the boy’s father had a profound impression on him. Brady moved in with his alcoholic mother after the death of his father. He splits his time between becoming an electrician and selling ice cream. Brady and his mother have had some issues. He ultimately decided to end her life because of this.
Bill Hodges, a former police investigator, and divorcee, was portrayed on the show. Bill has serious mood swings. He gives up on living and kills himself out of despair. A letter from an unknown sender, though, gives him renewed hope. He writes that he was the one injured during the employment fair. The Mercedes’ owner, Olivia Trelawney, was referenced in the letter; she later killed herself out of shame. After that, Bill will start his investigation into the matter. Moreover, he develops feelings for Olivia’s sister, Janey, throughout the course of his inquiry.
The tension and stakes of this cat-and-mouse game increase as the series goes on. Billy Hartsfield’s existential crises motivate him to leave his imprint on the world. However, as the plot progresses, Hartsfield’s gullibility begins to eclipse that of the actual world. It’s clear that he has a knack for reading minds. The program has been a spectacular rollercoaster journey of dramatic drama set in a dark and dirty environment and infused with some of the supernatural elements that are Stephen King’s trademarks. Mr. Mercedes Season 4 will undoubtedly include more of Brady and Bill’s narrative.
Mr. Mercedes Season 4 Release Date
Season 3 of the show, which aired on the Audience Network and consisted of 10 episodes, wrapped up on November 12, 2019. Fans have been waiting months for confirmation of the show’s renewal for a fourth season. They, however, got the complete reverse. After AT&T terminated the Audience Network in May of 2020, production on “Mr. Mercedes” was halted.
The channel’s new purpose is to provide sneak peeks of upcoming episodes of the HBO Max series. The future of “Mr. Mercedes” and other Audience Network originals was cut off in the dark when the network was shut down. However, Peacock has decided to webcast all three seasons of “Mr. Mercedes,” so far. As a result, Peacock is the most probable outlet for the premiere of Season 4.
Where can I Watch Mr. Mercedes?
