Fans have been enthralled by the charming Gushing Over Magical Girls manga and anime series since its launch in March 2019. The talented Akihiro Ononaka created the program, which follows the story of the pleasant but average Utena Hiiragi, a girl with an unquenchable love for magical ladies.
Crucial to this fantasy backdrop is Utena’s reverence for the Tres Magia, the three guardians of magic. These keepers of magic keep an eye on Utena’s community, and she hopes to join their ranks so she may become a magical girl of justice.
When a charming mascot called Venalita visits her one day, offering her some strange abilities, her life takes an unexpected turn. When Utena isn’t the heroine the audience was hoping for, the plot twists.
In 2019, Takeshobo’s Manga Life Storia magazine began serializing the manga Gushing Over Magical Girls by author Akihiro Ononaka. Even after Takeshobo stopped putting out the magazine, the manga kept coming out on the Storia Dash website. Three adaptations of Asahi Production’s new anime series will premiere on January 3.
Gushing over Magical Girls Release Date
January 3, 2024, will see the premiere of the anime, according to an announcement made on X (previously known as Twitter). This date is quickly approaching—just one month away as of this writing—so there is a lot for series fans to be excited about. Since Asahi Productions is responsible for successful adaptations like Plastic Neesan and Hellsing Ultimate, fans may probably expect an accurate and entertaining one.
Gushing over Magical Girls Plot
An otherwise ordinary middle school girl’s transformation into a cruel dominatrix goes against her wish to become a magical girl in the anime Gushing Over Magical Girls, which offers a unique take on the magical girl genre.
Throughout her life, Hiiragi Utena has admired the magical girls of Tres Magia, who stand up to the wicked Enormeeta and her plot to take over the world. Their changes are so amazing, wonderful, and adorable that she adores them. It’s something that almost every girl dreams of experiencing.
Utena encounters a mascot-like figure called Venalita one day; she can bestow transformation abilities on those who possess them. When Utena receives this power from Venalita, she becomes the leader of the forces of evil! Full Star Dominazione, a weapon she acquires, grants her the power to transform any object into a demon.
Consequently, Utena became the antagonist that the Magical Tres Magia, who were her heroes, had to battle no matter what. Utena always gives in to her urge to see the magical girls tortured, no matter how much she hates doing evil to them. Also, if Venalita manages to avoid provoking anybody, she plans to share videos of her makeover on social media.
It turns out that Utena is really a sadist at heart, and her excessive desire to inflict sexually explicit acts on the magical ladies just serves to amp up her power!
