Elves Season 2 Renewal Status
The second season of the television series has not been confirmed. Fans have been wondering if the show will be canceled or renewed since the launch of season one on Netflix on November 28, 2021. Netflix has been silent regarding whether or not they will renew the contract. The show’s ratings weren’t great, but the streamer hasn’t officially canceled it, so there’s still hope it’ll be back.
Elves Storyline
Armandso, the central location in Elves, is where evil lurks behind impenetrable walls. This is the storied background of evil sorcery that paved the way for the arrival of the carnivorous elves that have called this region home ever since. But things take an unexpected turn when Josephine and Kasper make contact with and bring home a single young elf.
Many people’s lives are put in jeopardy as a result, one after another. After all the upheaval at the end of season 1, when we saw Josephine reluctantly leave the island, we were left on a cliffhanger that assuredly foreshadowed the arrival of season 2.

Elves Season 2 Plot
Almost a year has passed since the release of the second season of Elves on Netflix. The first season did not go as well as the creators had hoped, and a second season has not been guaranteed. They have not yet canceled the show, either, so there’s hope for a second season at some point in the future, though when that will be is anyone’s guess.
The show’s premise was similar to other shows we’ve seen recently. The plot was standard fare, with the protagonists being stranded in a hostile environment with no way to get help. Our only deviation from the norm is the introduction of carnivorous elves. Despite negative reviews, the show made it to Netflix’s best-of list because of the unique blend of horror and fantasy it presents. Season 2, should it be confirmed, will continue exploring the many avenues open to a horror fantasy drama.
Elves Season 2 Release Date
On November 28, 2021, the first season of “Elves” debuted on Netflix. There are six episodes totaling between twenty and twenty-six minutes in length this season. Here is what we can reveal about Season 2: There has been no official word on what will happen to the spooky horror show. Netflix is probably monitoring the show’s numbers to figure out what to do next.
In addition, the official Nordic Netflix account shared with viewers in the comments that the service is, like them, eager for a renewal. Given that Season 1 didn’t wrap up filming until November 2021, we can probably infer that Season 2 will premiere in late 2022. Season 2 of ‘Elves’ will likely air in the fourth quarter of 2023, taking into account the time needed for filming and post-production.
Elves Season 2 Trailer

Where can I watch Elves Season?
It premiered in 2021 on Netflix, the streaming service launched in 1997 by Marc Randolph and Reed Hastings in Scotts Valley, California. The show is a Danish fantasy horror drama.
Elves Season 1 Review
Elves has a solid setup, and its tone shifts between the dark undercurrents and the lighter touch that horror teen dramas like NOS4A2 and Locke and Key are capable of creating. By any term of the imagination, this is not a scary show. Given its R rating and occasional bloodiness, it’s also not suitable for younger audiences. There’s probably one scary scene here and there, but if they’d just left out the gore it would have been fine with a 12A classification.
Strangely, you find yourself wanting to support and cheer for the show’s elves. The screenplay is well-written and the ideas are creative; it aspires to evoke a different kind of Christmas spirit than the typical rom-com fluff. This show has much too many problems for me to like it.
The plot moves at a breakneck pace, but the characters aren’t given much time to grow. Kasper’s relationship with his neighbor Liv serves no real purpose, and the time we spend with the tiny elf and Josefine is so brief that the ending doesn’t pack the emotional punch it should. Unfortunately, Elves ends up being a flop. In order to fully develop its setting and characters, the show needs more episodes. A Christmas blooper has replaced the traditional Christmas cracker.
