Sweet Home 2 Release Date
Netflix announced a second and third season of the post-apocalyptic thriller South Korean show Sweet Home in June 2022. These seasons are now under development. Sweet Home Season 2 has not yet been given a release date. The new season will thus probably not be discontinued before 2023 or later.
Sweet Home Season 2 Plot
In Sweet Home Season 2, we could have seen Sang-Wook and Yu-ri start dating. Sang-Wook was discovered dead in the pool, although it’s unclear whether he had the ability to change into a monster. The military’s plan to protect the surviving survivors from monsters is also unclear.
Lee Eung-bok, the director of Netflix’s Sweet Home, has previously indicated that he wanted the series to remain true to the webtoon it is based on. Despite the aims of the director, Sweet Home’s first season prominently included various alterations that were not included in the original material, such as a revised plot and a few new characters.
The question of how Cha Hyun-soo survived will also be resolved in the next season. Lee Eun-hyuk, a medical student, is alive or dead. Lee Eun-hyuk was found in Sweet Home trapped under the apartment building’s rubble.
As translated by Soompi, Lee remarked, “While we were composing, we finished the finale of the tale ourself so there are a handful of things that popped out when we were done.” We would want to present the creatures we couldn’t introduce if the chance arose.
Cha Hyun-soo (Song Kang) as well as a gang of neighbours came together in Season 1 to face out against perilous monsters out to destroy civilisation. In the 10 episodes of the initial season, the heroes of Sweet Home must choose whether to work together or alone, which leads to significant character growth and storyline twists.
Hyun Soo was apprehended by the military after narrowly fleeing the Green Home, but Sang Wook (Lee Jin Wook) arrived with his burn wounds repaired. Without giving too much away, Season 2 is anticipated to intensify the antagonism that was started in Season 1.
