The three-part documentary tells the actual tale of ‘Doomsday mom’ Lori Vallow of Idaho and her radical husband Chad Daybell, who are charged with three first-degree murders plus four murder-related conspiracies.
Two of Lori’s children from previous marriages, a sixteen-year-old girl named Tylee Ryan and a seven-year-old adopted boy named JJ Vallow, as well as the ex-wife of Chad Daybell and Lori’s fourth husband, Charles Vallow, were all killed by this horrifying “spiritual” pair.

The Mormon couple’s friends and family, particularly Colby Ryan, Lori’s oldest and only surviving son, are the main characters in the true-crime miniseries that tells their story.
