Several companies, like Universal Cable Productions and Sony Pictures, worked together to make this TV show. There were 10 episodes in Season 1, and it ended on March 20, 2019. The second season is expected to come out in 2020. People were on the edge of their seats after the last episode of season 1 premiered on March 20, 2019, because they didn’t know what would happen next. Due to low ratings, Syfy has decided not to air Season 2 of Deadly Class.
Deadly Class Season 2
This crime drama-action show for teens on Syfy started on January 16, 2019. And is based on the same-named comic book series by Rick Remender and Wesley Craig. The TV show was published by Image Comics. It was made by Rick Remender and Miles Orion Feldsott.
The story of Marcus, an orphan who is asked to attend a private school with kids from the most dangerous crime families. People all over the world send their kids to learn how to kill. Deadly Class tells the story. Like any other drama about teens in high school, this show has love triangles and romantic plots.
Deadly Class Season 2 Renewal Status
Unfortunately, there won’t be a Deadly Class season 2, because Syfy decided to end the show after the first season. Even though Rick Remender has already started writing the season 2 story. Remender and the main cast tried for a short time to get Deadly Class season 2 on other networks, especially streaming services like Netflix and Hulu, after Syfy dropped the show. Unfortunately, no one came to help.
Why did Syfy cancel Deadly Class Season 2?
It was said that the series was canceled because it had very low ratings, which made the network decide not to bring it back for a second season. Since then, Deadly Class was canceled after just one season.
Deadly Class Season 1 Recap
Marcus, a homeless teen who is having a hard time, is the main character of the series. Master Lin, the headmaster of King’s Dominion, an elite private school for assassins, soon asked him to join the school. People who break the law are sent to school. He also has to learn how to kill to pass his classes, since he has to live with his other classmates in a harsh environment. After killing Rory, he feels bad about it and wants to make friends at school. But the everyday jokes and teasing make it hard for him to do so, and Master Lin is aware of this. Marcus and the other people who were caught messing around at the dance party got in trouble.
Marcus, Saya, Maria, Willie, and Billy drove to Las Vegas to kill Billy’s father. During a fight with Marcus and Billy, Billy’s father was killed in an accident. Chico was killed by Maria when he came between her and Marcus while they were making out. Later, Maria’s mood swings put the group in danger. Master Lin and Madame Gao have a fight about how to run the academy well, and Madame Gao later learns the secret of Master Lin. On the contrary hand, Marcus tells Saya about Chester’s threat.
Lin puts a temporary lockdown on the academy to find out who killed Chico and Yukio. This causes problems between Kuroki and Soto, with Saya and Maria stuck in the middle. Lin, on the other hand, was also trying to get along with Gao, but she was already one step ahead of him. He tries to protect his daughter and stay ahead of El Alma del Diablo’s forces at the same time. If you watch the crime drama series right now, you’ll put it on your list of things you want to see.

Deadly Class Season 2 Plot
Even though it seems like what the characters did in season 1 of Deadly Class made things hard for the students of King’s Dominion, the plot could have gone on.
Since Deadly Class is based on a comic book series, it would make sense for season 2 to be inspired by the next story arc, if there had been a second season. Since parts of later comic issues have already been added to the show, it’s hard to say exactly what Remender would have used for season 2 of Deadly Class. But it would be interesting to wrap up “Snake Pit” and then move on to “Die for Me,” “Carousel” (which Saya fans would love), and “Love Like Blood.” Also, since Deadly Class ended on a cliffhanger, season 2 would have to focus on finishing that story first.
