In the final episode of the series, Burr (Mathew Boderick) acquired the nuclear weapon fitted with the same biological agent that wiped the entire adult population in the first place.
Now he needs child genius Angelica (Alyvia Alyn Lind) to make the mechanism work so that FWASH – BOOM opens up with a missile launch, which will detonate the Cheermazons compound, which is filled with zombies, making them deaf.

When Josh (Colin Ford) wakes Sam (Sophie Simnett), Sam points to the Baron’s mask over there, and she makes a big mistake.
Angelina wakes up in captivity, along with Ms. Crumble (Krysta Rodriguez).
Josh & Sam return to the mall, where the latter gets into a written argument with K.J. (Chelsea Zhang) over there to run away & also to stop Burr from detonating the nuke.
Everyone sided with K.J., and Sam had an intuition that Josh & K.J. slept together.
