Black Lightning Season 4 Ending Explained
Since there won’t be a fifth season of Black Lightning, let’s see how the current season ends. In the last season, we can see how Jefferson is trying to beat Tobias Whale. In the fourth season, Jefferson is locked in a coffin, but he uses his powers to get out, which he has never done before. Once Jefferson is free, he kills Tobias. Tobias is thrown out of a window and stabbed in the chest. Black Lightning then kills him by shocking him with electricity.
At the conclusion of the season, Jefferson says that since Tobias has died, he is giving up being a superhero. Then, Jefferson tells his daughters and Grace Choi that it is their job to be superheroes. Not only he, but also Gambi, says that he is leaving, and Jefferson and Lynn say that they are getting married again. Also shown is that when Lala gets out of his cement prison, he finds the dead body of Tobias, and that’s the end of the story.

All of Black Lightning’s seasons were spectra. There’s no question about it. The last season could have been better in many ways. It seemed like the people who made this season were in a hurry to end it. Like Tobias’s death, it could be a lot worse than it was in the show. Then it was a good idea for Jefferson to talk about how he felt. There were some really great parts. But the show felt like it was missing something. The ending was a little strange because Lala’s statue was falling apart. He came to live here, and maybe he’ll start breaking the law.
This was a bit of a quick ending—the lightning just struck. We hope to get some more, though. Salim Akil made a great vegan meal, but the climax could have been better with more details. So, even though this is the case, you try it. Still, who doesn’t like a little superhero adventure?
