Capital One is trapped in the Data breaching before few months and now it sued in this case. On the other side, GitHub is also sued because of the Hacker of the Capital one was aiding GitHub for hacking.

This week Capital One and GitHub both are trapped in the Class-action lawsuit filed, in California, they have to get ready for the summons. As per the report, more than 106 Million users are affected by this hacking. For all of this user, they all are failing to prevent, and personal details are stolen by the hacker.

Capital One is victim still it sued in Lawsuit, Servers are failed to serve the security of their customer, Its data has been stolen in the hacking. GitHub is also included in the Lawsuit Filed because has posted the details of hacking on the GitHub. Also, Hacker has posted the code in this code-sharing site.

In Lawsuit, they mention GitHub. The claims “decisions by GitHub’s management allowed the hacked data to be posted, displayed, used, and/or otherwise available. Hacking has been performing on April 2019 and still Mid-July they are deep down in the strong data breaching.

Due to this lawsuit, GitHub is likely to found guilty in this case. If the same thing happens with Apple. If someone uses an Apple device to commit a crime, then apple is equally responsible.
