The Google Doodle on the search engine’s homepage celebrates the second day of Global Holidays in 2020. This day is dedicated to men’s health and especially prostate cancer. Millions of people celebrate by growing “Moustache during November to raise money for research projects in fighting prostate cancer.
The official name for this holiday is Men’s Health Awareness Month (Movember). The idea was born when two Australian friends, Adam Garone and Luke Hutchison, wanted to find a solution to support their fathers struggling with this disease. They realized that they needed an event to unite many men under one slogan – “No Beard Left Behind.”
