The American television series Never Have I Ever is a romantic comedy-drama. It was made by Mindy Kaling and Lang Fisher and features Maitreyi Ramakrishnan. On April 27, 2020, Netflix had the series’ original debut. In addition, Devi Vishwakumar, a first-generation Indian-American girl, is the focus of the programme.
After experiencing a painful year, Devi wants to better her position at school, but her friends, family, and emotions make it difficult for her. Reviews of the show were mostly positive. Never Have I Ever season 3 ended to a tragic conclusion, but fans need not fear that this is the last time they will see Devi and company since season 4 is already been announced.
Never Have I Ever’s the third season, which centres on Devi and her new connection with Paxton as she considers her fate in Sherman Oaks, was cancelled in August 2022. It would be really fascinating to see Devi, who is a senior, examine her connections with the males in her life.
Never Have I Ever Season 4
Season 4 of Never Have I Ever will soon include graduation. In the last season of the popular Netflix adolescent comedy, Devi Vishwakumar (Maitreyi Ramakrishnan) will be starting her senior year. Nobody can predict the types of love triangles, squares, or even hexagons she’ll end up in next.
One of the finest Netflix series, Never Have I Ever, chronicles the highs and lows of Devi’s life after the passing of her father. She is seen as a loser in school and has a tense connection with her mother Nalini.
She chases after her crush, the attractive and well-liked Paxton Hall-Yoshida, to deal with the latter difficulty (Darren Barnet). Things get more tricky when she begins dating intellectual competitor Ben Gross (Jaren Lewison).
Produced by Mindy Kaling and Lang Fisher, the coming-of-age comedy series Never Have I Ever is a Netflix Original Comedy. The series is loosely based on the experiences Kaling had in her adolescence. The series has gathered more than 338,000,000 million hours of viewing time globally since Netflix began publishing its viewership statistics on a weekly basis for such global top ten lists.
Additionally, the series has been commended for shattering Asian preconceptions and has been called a watershed event for South Asian representation in Hollywood. A second season of the show was ordered by Netflix on July 1, 2020, and it debuted on July 15, 2021.
On August 19, 2021, Netflix decided to renew the show for a third season, consisting of 10 episodes, which was broadcast on August 12, 2022. The fourth and last season is scheduled to debut in 2023.

A short overview of Never Have I Ever
The multi-camera comedy series Devi, starring Maitreyi Ramakrishnan as the ambitious high school sophomore who struggles with issues of identity, young love and sex, and the process of grieving, chronicles the tumultuous lives of the first Indian American adolescent Devi.
The show has made outstanding progress in terms of diversified South Asian presence on television, and it was partially inspired by Kaling’s own background.
In Season 2, new characters such Aneesa and Mr Kulkarni, portrayed by Megan Suri and Utkarsh Ambudkar, were introduced as well as a deeper exploration of the passionate love triangle between Devi, her antagonist and boyfriend Ben (performed by Jaren Lewinson), and longtime crush Paxton (performed by Darren Barnet).
When we last saw Devi in season 3, it seemed that she had used the “free boink” voucher that her on-and-off lover Ben had given her. Whether the couple follows through with it or not is still to be known, but whichever way, it is expected to have a significant impact on their union.
Given that Paxton graduated from college in season 3, Devi could attempt to move on with Ben after the love triangle, but knowing Devi and realizing that Paxton is scheduled to return, we can anticipate the will-they-won’t-they battle to continue into the final season.
Never Have I Ever Season 4: Plot
As of this writing, we are not aware of any storyline details for season 4. If we recall the previous season’s conclusion, Devi ultimately ended her relationship with Des after learning the truth about which his mother had informed him about her. But near the conclusion of Season 3, we saw Devi interacting with Ben.
The fourth season of Never Have I Ever will probably begin with Devi’s senior year. She attends the commencement of the class that graduates before her in the third season finale, a class that includes Paxton but omits Trent. Trent, however, admits to Eleanor that he is being held back since he failed his studies. She is happy to attend school with him for another year.
In light of this, we anticipate that Ben and Devi’s relationship will be on display in the future season. Additionally, given that the forthcoming season of Never Have I Ever is also its last season, we believe it is reasonable to assume that Devi and Ben might wind up together.
Never Have I Ever Season 4 Release Date
Never Have I Ever’s fourth and final season has not yet been revealed by Netflix. Based on the release dates of the previous seasons, we may guess when season 4 will be released:
The first season will debut on April 25, 2020.
On July 15, 2021, Season 2 debuts.
The start of Season 3 is set on August 12, 2022.
Since Never Have I Ever season 4 wasn’t included in the full list of new releases arriving in December, it won’t be available on Netflix in 2022. Season 4’s filming was finished in August 2022, hence it was definitely not released in the same year. However, Netflix said that Never Never Have I Ever would return for the last time on the authorized streaming platform sometime in 2023.
Upon the third season’s launch on March 8th 2022, Netflix announced that the programme will return for a fourth season.
Why would season 4 be the last for the Show?
Erin Underhill, president of Universal Television, offered the following straightforward justification for why the programme wouldn’t go for more than a four-season run: High school isn’t really permanent.
In a statement, she stated, “Four seasons of Never Have I Ever is very thrilling and a little sad since, as a committed fan, I’d want to see Devi’s journey continue on forever.” But all good things must come to an end, just as in high school… Devi’s senior year will undoubtedly be filled with chaos, LOLs, and tears, and we can’t wait to see them all.
The programme must conclude in the fourth season, as co-creator Mindy Kaling previously said.
She stated: “Unfortunately, teenagers mature, so being 17 won’t last forever. I’m incredibly pleased with how the tales finished and how the characters developed. It was a really poignant conclusion. I like this set and the interpretations of these characters that the performers gave. It turned out to be one of my finest creative endeavours ever.”
Maitreyi Ramakrishnan expressed her gratitude to the viewers in a statement shared on social media and promised to provide an exciting series finale. “I am really proud of all of us and what this show has done. Let’s try it again, shall we?”
Universal Television, in collaboration with 3 Arts Entertainment, Original Langster, and Kaling International, produces Never Have I Ever. Along with Kaling, David Miner, Howard Klein, and Howard Klein of 3 Arts Entertainment, Fisher also acts as the show’s executive producer and showrunner.
Never Have I Ever Season 4 Trailer
