Somebody Somewhere, Season 2 Plot
No information about Season 2 of Somebody Somewhere has been released, although numerous major storylines have hinted at potential outcomes and series developments. The following season will presumably start-up where the previous season left off in terms of narrative.
This ragtag group will be back in the little village that has such a Schitt’s Creek feel in season two, but hopefully with more heart and joy. We’ll get to witness where Sam and Joel’s newfound wisdom and vitality lead them as she leaves her day job and he decides he wants to settle down with a wife and kids. As things unfold, we’ll also get to see how Tricia, Rick, and Charity’s equation shifts.
A very realistic look at the process of rehabilitation is shown as well; Mary Jo’s character is still battling to undertake the inner work necessary to conquer her demons. Season two will hopefully further etch out her path. It will be interesting to watch how they handle her character without Ed unless they decide to replace the role.

If you’re above the age of fifty, have a soft spot for the underdog, and want to watch this program, you’ll love it. There is genuine character development. While waiting for more to be released, I have watched most episodes twice.
