Eggs are usually an essential part of cooking, but sometimes you need substitutes for eggs for various reasons. Here are the 13 best recipes that take the place of eggs and don’t let you compromise on taste at all!

#1: BAKING POWDER:

Take two tablespoons of baking powder and mix it with half a cup of water (or as per the instructions printed on the box). You can now use this as an alternative for one egg. If there is any change in flavor or texture, reduce the quantity accordingly.

#3: AVOCADO:

You can also prepare it at home by mixing 1 tbsp potato starch + 2 tsp tapioca flour/corn starch + 2 tsp baking powder + 1 tbsp oil (optional) and storing the mixture in the refrigerator after it’s done.

2) Flourless Banana Cake

Ingredients:

Four ripe bananas, mashed

Stir in the mashed bananas, vanilla extract, and milk until well combined.
