Tremors make it hard for people to do things like holding a glass of water or chewing food. It can make using tools, eating & writing difficult for them. People with tremors may feel very frustrated about their difficulties doing everyday activities like cooking, cleaning, and dressing.

Tremor is caused by an involuntary shake in one part of the body (ie arm) more than another (ie leg). Tremor is rarely out of control but patients usually suffer slow progress. The tremors are often very small and not noticed by the people who have them, but much larger when observed by someone else.

Types of tremors:

1- Resting Tremors:

These are also known as Parkinsonian Tremors, these tremors occur when your body is not doing any task or during sleep. It becomes hard to perform daily activities while suffering from this condition because it’s uncontrollable and happens at the same time every day.

2- Action tremors:

When you’re attempting some activity like drinking water or trying to write something then this type of tremor occurs in your body. 3- Postural tremor:

11- Social anxiety:

This is because of stress, depression, or other psychological issues which ultimately affect physical health, it isn’t normal tremors because these are involuntary movements but if someone tries to control it with their willpower then it’s fine.

Coffee addicts who drink coffee more than 4 cups daily can get this issue because caffeine is a stimulant that increases the frequency of impulses in the brain which further leads to muscle spasms. This condition usually starts without any cause but gets worsened due to excess caffeine intake.

13- Dehydration:

If you are habituated to sitting in the same position for long periods then you’ll have this problem. This is because changes occur inside your veins, arteries, and other parts due to continuous sitting so it affects the flow of blood resulting in tremors.
