To make a face pack with fenugreek, take 3 tbsp methi seeds powder, 2 tbsp curd, and 2 tbsp gram flour. Mix everything well to make a paste and apply it on your face and neck after a shower when pores are open for maximum benefit. Let it stay on your skin for 20 minutes, then wash off with cold water.

4) Moisturizer:

Fenugreek has humectant properties, which help retain moisture in your skin so that you remain hydrated. Apply some fenugreek powder mixed with rose water on your face and neck using a cotton ball daily once or twice before going to bed at night.

5) Hair pack:

Take 4 tbsp methi seeds powder and add half tsp of oil (mustard, coconut, or olive). Now add drops of lemon juice and mix everything well to make a paste. Apply this paste on your scalp and massage in a circular motion for around 10 minutes. Leave it overnight and wash it off with cool water the next morning. Method 1 – Kerala style stir-fried ladyfingers ingredients:  maida – 3 tablespoons rice flour – 2 teaspoons turmeric powder – a pinch salt – to taste oil for frying How to make Kerala style fried ladyfingers take maida or all-purpose flour (maida) on a large plate. add the rice flour (optional), turmeric powder, and salt to it.
