American Horror Story Season 12 Release Date, Cast, Plot, and Everything You Need to Know
“American Horror Story” has been one of FX’s most popular shows. It ran for 11 seasons from 2011 to 2022 and won 16 Emmys along the way.
In January 2020, this same cable network decided to make the brave decision to give Ryan Murphy as well as Brad Falchuk’s horror anthology series three more seasons: Season 11, Season 12, as well as Season 13. That makes sure that the most popular show will continue to air on TV at least until 2024. Scary good!
After 12 seasons, American Horror Story has grown into a classic. A sick, dirty, and very messed up institute, but still an important one.
In fact, it’s hard to imagine what TV would be like without it or the various other nightmares that Ryan Murphy made after it.
We don’t have to think about that, though, because FX revived American Horror Story for 3 more seasons in January 2020. That will give us a total of 13 more episodes.
When the news first came out, FX chairman John Landgraf said proudly, “Ryan and Brad are indeed the undisputed masters of horror TV.”
To American Horror Story, that has been FX’s most popular show for almost a decade, they made the anthology limited series.
However, does this mean that season 13 could be the last one? Maybe, but let’s not worry too much about that right now because season 12 will give us plenty of sleepless nights to take a gander forward to.
Grab your pointy witch hat and yell “Balenciaga!” as we go deep into the warped mind of Ryan Murphy and tell you all there is to know regarding season 12 of American Horror Story.
After American Horror Story: NYC’s shocking two-part finale, fan base of Ryan Murphy’s long-running crime drama want to know what the next season will be about.
Each season of the suspenseful thriller is different compared to the previous one. There are witches, ghosts, freak shows, as well as cults, but some of the same characters have come back in fan-pleasing crossover plots over the years.
We don’t know yet if American Horror Story season 12 will have another one of these, but longtime fans are already putting forward their theories as well as wish lists as we eagerly wait to hear what’s coming up.
American Horror Story Season 12 Release Date
Since Season 10 came out in 2021, there aren’t many chances that Season 12 will come out soon. Season 11 should come out in 2022, which means Season 12 should come out in 2023.
The number of occurrences for the next season has never been set in stone, as it has changed from season to season. The rest of a information will be known in the next few months.

American Horror Story Season 12 Trailer
American Horror Story Season 12 Plot
Every year, the only thing fans of American Horror Story care about is what the next theme will be. As usual, Ryan Murphy’s team has been exceedingly secretive about any information about that, if they’ve even made the decision what season 12 might be about.
So, for now, all humans can do is look at old rumours and ideas that were never used to try to figure out what’s going to happen.
There has been talk in the past of cryptids being the main focus, or even of another reunion period like the one we saw in Apocalypse. However, sirens could soon start to play a role.
In April 2021, Murphy started things off by putting up a poll, which has since been taken down, asking fans and which theme they might like to see next.
There were choices like “Aliens,” “Christmas Horror,” “Bloody Mary,” “Piggy Man,” “Sirens,” and “Plague.”
Aliens had a memorable part in season 10, so they won’t be back. Bloody Mary was the focus of an entire episode in second season, so she aren’t returning either.
You could say that the plague or something comparable was also a part of season 11 of NYC.
From what’s left, it looks like Sirens might have the way to go. Or maybe that Santa who killed someone in the second season could come back through the chimney for more Christmas horror.
Ryan Murphy hasn’t said anything about what the next weather of American Horror Story might be about yet. Since the show is made up of many different stories, there are almost too many options.
Fans are going to be particularly interested to see if the next tale will interact to any of the others, like Apocalypse has done in previous installments. When we find out more, we’ll add to this page.
Season 11 of American Horror Story doesn’t give any clear hints about what the theme of season 12 will be, yet it may be a subject that fits with what Ryan Murphy has planned for 2021.
In April 2021, Murphy posted a survey on social media asking fans to vote on their favourite theme. The themes were Sirens, Plague, Bloody Mary, Aliens, Christmas Horror, but also Piggy Man.
Since aliens were in season 10 of American Horror Story, Bloody Mary as well as Christmas Horror had separate episodes, and the plague was a part of season 11 of American Horror Story, Sirens and Piggy Man seem to still be possibilities.
