Tüchel criticizes Neymar for his trip to the Davis Cup

The coach of Paris Saint-Germain, Thomas Tüchel, made it clear this Thursday that he did not like that the Brazilian Neymar He traveled to Madrid last Tuesday to witness the Davis Cup, a few days before his scheduled return to the field after more than a month of absence due to injury.

"As a coach, I like that trip? No. Is it time to lose my mind? No," said the German coach at the press conference prior to the game that tomorrow will measure his team against Lille.

Tuchel was helpless before the player's attitude, although he highlighted his professional behavior during the last weeks to recover from the injury and said he has not shown any particular signs of fatigue after moving to Madrid.

Neymar was seen in the Magic Box Madrid, together with Barcelona defender Gerard Piqué, owner of the company that organizes the Davis Cup, as well as the Blaugrana Jordi Alba.

"What can I do? I am not his father, nor the police. I am his coach. And yesterday he trained well," he said.

Tuchel stressed that Neymar "has been very professional in the last two weeks, has worked more than the others, with individual training and with the group."

The German coach also confirmed that the most expensive player in history, for which the PSG paid the Barcelona 222 million euros, will be operational for the match against Lille If all goes well in the last training.
