         'The visitor' trailer: HBO presents its promising adaptation of Stephen King's novel

Cinema and television have adapted the novels of Stephen King and lately the interest in his work has gone on more. Is now HBO the one that presents his credentials to do justice to his books, specifically to 'The visitor', since here we have the promising trailer of his television adaptation.

The story of 'The Visitor' focuses on detective Ralph Anderson, who is about to start a new case: the mutilated body of an 11 year old boy has been found in the forests of Georgia and we must clarify what happened. Ralph is still recovering from the death of his own son, so he will address the case in an unconventional way, with the help of a private investigator with mysterious abilities.

A powerful adaptation of HBO

Ben Mendelsohn head a stimulating cast in which we will also see Cynthia Erivo, Bill Camp, Mare Winningham, Paddy Considine, Julianne NicholsonYul Vazquez, Jeremy Bobb, Marc Menchaca, Frank Deal, Dayna Beilenson, Hettienne Park and Jason Bateman.

Bateman has also been in charge of the staging of the first two episodes, his first job behind the scenes after winning an Emmy for best drama series direction for 'Ozark'.

HBO has set the premiere of 'The Visitor' for the January 12, 2020 -HBO Spain will arrive a day later, come on, the obvious thing about the time change between the United States and our country-. That day will premiere the first two episodes of the series.
