The artist Ryan Meinerding has shared a new conceptual art of the film "Spider-Man: Away from Home" which allows us to see more of the creative process before what we just saw on the big screen.
This time we have a initial design of Hydro-Man, one of the first elementals we see in the film, which is in line with what we have seen in the past, something much more human and close to what the character is in the comics.
Hydro-man fight !!! Initial keyframe of 'Far from home' Says Meinerding in his post. I always loved this character, especially Todd McFarlane's description of him.
We took the opportunity to bring another art that he published more time ago, and that is a design of what Spidey's suit would look like if we took off the top, the red and blue, and that would correspond to the film "Spider-Man: Homecoming". This was never seen in the film, but Meinerding reused it for another conceptual art of 'Far from home' We saw weeks ago with the suit quite shattered, and that was something that was not seen in the movie.
This is the mask of ‘Homecoming’ upside down, I made this design for the scene where Peter and Ned hack the suit. It didn't really show up, but I used it for the damaged version of the suit that I previously published.
