The disadvantage of Eggs :

Eggs are a rich source of protein, but at the same time, they are also high in fat and cholesterol,l which is not suitable for health if consumed regularly. Although egg yolks contain all essential amino acids taking them daily can cause accumulation of LDL (“Bad” Cholesterol), resulting in cardiovascular diseases if precautions are not accepted.

On the other hand, eggs whites have no fats or cholesterol, so it is good to eat them regularly without any worry. But eating both together is an issue, so rather than consuming whole egg try its substitutes available in the form of powder or liquid generally available in the market under different brand names, e.g., “Orgran No Egg.” You can prepare these mixtures at home by mixing flours/starches, baking powder, or other egg substitutes mentioned earlier.

Also, they are gluten-free if required for anyone allergic to it or avoiding it on doctor’s recommendations.

Alternative of Egg Recipes :

If you are fond of eggs but cannot eat them daily due to health issues, you better avoid using eggs in your recipes and their substitutes under different categories. You can also make some modifications in your existing recipes, i.e., such as replacing one egg with two bananas, one tablespoon of oil+one teaspoon baking powder, one banana+one tablespoon flour, etc. That will not affect the taste and nutritious value of your recipe much.
